- 1 cup mango puree
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend cashews, mango puree, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut oil until smooth.
- Mix almond flour, coconut sugar, and salt in a bowl. Press into a lined baking pan.
- Pour the mango mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into bars and serve chilled.
