1 pound chicken breast, diced
8 ounces pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
Pour in the heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
Mix the cooked pasta into the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
