  • 1 pound salmon, skinless
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  3. While the rice is cooking, prepare the salmon by mixing it with mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce.
  4. In a baking dish, spread cooked rice evenly.
  5. Top the rice with the salmon mixture.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with avocado, green onions, and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve warm.
