- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and cool under cold water.
