  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
