  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 packet shepherd’s pie seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and ground turkey, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in the chopped turkey bacon and mixed vegetables, then sprinkle seasoning.
  5. Transfer the turkey mixture to a baking dish, layer mashed potatoes, and top with cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
