- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
