1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package mini tart shells
2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
1/4 cup peach preserves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fill each mini tart shell with the cream cheese mixture.
In another bowl, toss the sliced peaches with the peach preserves and lemon juice.
