One-Pan “Marry Me” Chicken Orzo

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. Add onions and garlic to the skillet, sauté until softened.
  5. Stir in cherry tomatoes and orzo, then pour in the chicken broth.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  7. Cover and cook until the orzo is tender and chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
