  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add in the turkey bacon, cheese, bell pepper, onion, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
