1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, mashed bananas, and almond butter until well combined.
Add in honey, cinnamon, baking powder, and chocolate chips, if using. Stir until fully incorporated.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
