  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
