Easy 20 Minute Chicken Tacos

Quick and delicious chicken tacos that can be prepared in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken breast and taco seasoning; cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro in each tortilla.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add jalapeños to the tacos.
