  • 4 slices turkey bacon

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
