A delicious and hearty Cowboy Casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for family dinners.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 cups tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add chicken ham and sauté.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, cream of mushroom soup, corn, diced tomatoes, and seasonings.
  5. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with tater tots.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, include your favorite spices.
  • Substitute regular bacon if preferred.
