- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the chicken thighs to the skillet, season with paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes, then slice.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter. Stir in the chopped parsley.
- Serve the pasta topped with the sliced chicken.
