Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then mix in milk until smooth.
  5. Fill cupcake liners halfway and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before filling with peanut butter mixture.
