3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
Mix in the melted butter until well combined.
Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract; mix well.
Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture; mix it in.
Add the flour and mix until just combined; do not overmix.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
