- 1 pound beef flank steak, sliced thinly
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 green onion, chopped
- In a bowl, combine beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then stir-fry the beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add broccoli and garlic, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add beef broth, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir and bring to a simmer.
- Return beef to the pan and cook until heated through.
- Garnish with green onion before serving.
