2 cups cooked rice
1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, half of the cheddar cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
For a healthier option, use brown rice instead of white rice.
