  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, half of the cheddar cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
