1 pound ground turkey
4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined, but don’t overmix.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
