Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine rolled oats and milk. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Add sugar, vegetable oil, and egg to the oat mixture and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let them cool before removing from the tin.
