  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and cookie butter.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, until well combined.
  7. Divide the batter into greased cake pans and smooth the tops.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let the cakes cool completely before frosting.
  10. For the buttercream, whip together butter and Biscoff until creamy, then add powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency.
  11. Frost the cooled cakes with the cookie butter buttercream.
