  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Add in the Baileys Irish Cream and stir until combined.
  5. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until just combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
