Alfredo Salmon Pasta

A delicious and creamy pasta dish that combines the richness of Alfredo sauce with salmon and the smokiness of turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add the salmon fillet and cook until it flakes easily with a fork. Remove and flake the salmon.
  5. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the fettuccine, flaked salmon, and crumbled turkey bacon to the sauce. Toss to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Replace salmon with grilled chicken if preferred.
