Trader Joe’s Easy Sesame Brussels Sprouts And Lentil Salad

This delicious salad combines crispy Brussels sprouts with hearty lentils, drizzled with a sesame dressing for a burst of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the halved Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils, roasted Brussels sprouts, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame seeds.
