1 pound ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Mix the ingredients until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
