  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped turkey bacon and onion, cooking until bacon is crispy.
  4. Add ground turkey and taco seasoning, cooking until turkey is browned.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in salsa.
  6. Arrange mini taco shells on a baking sheet.
  7. Fill each taco shell with the turkey mixture.
  8. Top with shredded cheese.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
