  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add the chicken ham, bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the pot; sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with crumbled turkey bacon.
