- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup water
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- In a saucepan, combine butter and water and bring to a boil.
