  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine butter, buttermilk, and vanilla.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread with butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, then add strawberries.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
