  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
