Spinach Artichoke White Cheese Pizza

  • 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the pizza dough.
  5. In a bowl, mix the spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, and half the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Spread the spinach-artichoke mixture over the ricotta layer.
  7. Top with the remaining mozzarella and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
