  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear, then cook according to package instructions.
  2. Allow cooked rice to cool and mix with sesame oil.
  3. Cut sushi-grade tuna into small cubes.
  4. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and green onions.
  5. Add the tuna to the sauce mixture and stir to coat.
  6. Form cooked sushi rice into small squares.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the panko until golden brown.
  8. Top each rice square with the spicy tuna mix.
  9. Finish with a slice of avocado on top and serve immediately.
