- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
