  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add chicken thighs and sear until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in smoked paprika and thyme, cooking for an additional minute.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well to combine.
  6. Return chicken and turkey bacon to the skillet, simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
