  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Add diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, garlic, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
