- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, and thyme. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Add sliced mushrooms on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
