  • 4 slices turkey bacon

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop and add to the slow cooker.
  2. Brown the ground beef in the same skillet and transfer into the slow cooker.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
  4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and spices.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
