- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and red pepper flakes.
- Add the cooked pasta, lemon juice, and half of the Parmesan cheese to the skillet, mixing well to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
