- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs, chopped (parsley, cilantro, or basil)
- 1 lemon, juiced
