- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 cups diced chicken ham
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, followed by half of the chicken ham, turkey bacon, and cheese.
- Combine the milk, flour, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Pour half of this mixture over the first layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
