  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 2 cups diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, followed by half of the chicken ham, turkey bacon, and cheese.
  3. Combine the milk, flour, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Pour half of this mixture over the first layer.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
