  • 2 cups hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown and sausage mixture, stirring to combine.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
