  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the salted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, sift together the flour and cocoa powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, combining thoroughly.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Make an indention in the center of each ball and fill it with salted caramel.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, then let cool before serving.
