Salmon Pesto Pasta

  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the salmon fillet until it’s cooked through; remove and flake into pieces.
  3. In the same pan, add pesto and heavy cream, stirring until well combined.
