  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them into thin rounds.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it into pieces.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Layer half of the potato slices in a greased baking dish, followed by half of the cream mixture and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers.
  6. Top with crumbled turkey bacon and dot with butter.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
