Reuben Balls with Spicy Thousand Island Dipping Sauce

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey bacon, chicken ham, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
