- 1 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, frozen strawberries, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into glasses, filling them halfway.
- Rinse the blender and add blueberries, ice, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- Carefully pour the blueberry mixture on top of the strawberry layer in the glasses.
