- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- Fold in raspberries and chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
