  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Fold in raspberries and chocolate chips gently.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use room temperature cream cheese.
  • Feel free to substitute berries as desired.
