- 4 cups green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
