- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, peas)
